A whirlwind of warmth & zesty flavour with AEROTUDE’S RUBY SPICE, fresh lime juice, cinnamon & bitters.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Aerotude Ruby Spice.​
- 12.5 ml Simple Syrup (Glucose).​
- 3 Pinches of Cinnamon.​​
- 12.5 ml Lime Juice.​
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters.
- Garnish: A lime zest twisted over the top of the cocktail & placed on the glass rim (optional cherry).
Method
Wet shake all ingredients & double strain.
