Refund & Return Policy

At Aerotude Brands, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality whisky. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened bottles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Bottles must remain sealed and undamaged to qualify for a return.

  • Non-returnable items: Opened bottles or any product where the seal is broken are not eligible for returns.
  • Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@aerotudebrands.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part, such as damaged or incorrect items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover any shipping costs associated with the return.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item as per our return policy above.
