1. Delivery Areas

We offer shipping throughout South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Times

  • Standard delivery: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote areas: Please note that delivery times may be longer for rural or remote locations. We’ll notify you of any expected delays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
  • Free shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over R[insert amount], applicable within South Africa.

4. Age Verification

As required by South African law, alcohol purchases can only be made by individuals 18 years or older. The courier may require valid proof of age (ID, passport, or driver’s license) upon delivery. Failure to provide age verification will result in the order being returned to us, and additional costs for re-delivery may apply.

5. Delivery Conditions

To ensure the safe delivery of our whisky, we require:

  • Adult signature: All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18+). If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the courier will attempt a second delivery.
  • Correct address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

6. Damaged Goods

We take utmost care in packaging your whisky, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refunds and Returns Policy].

7. Restricted Locations

Due to local liquor laws, we may not be able to deliver to certain areas or institutions, such as schools, universities, or public hospitals. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that violate these restrictions.

8. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
