Damaged Items
Should your item arrive and is damaged, please contact us at info@aerotudebrands.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return / send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Undelivered Items
Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for example: no one on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided) we will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, via our secure payment gateway. Payments are handled by a secure third party service provider called PayFast – https://payfast.io/.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Aerotude Brands via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Aerotude Brands separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
